Jack Chen, born in France in 1966, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1994. He has an LLB degree from the University of Sheffield in England. for many years, Jackhas worked at the State Attorney’s office, where for years he was a senior deputy of the State Attorney, specializing in economic offenses. He handles criminal and administrative litigation and represents clients in investigations and hearings before the Attorney-General in white collar crime cases and complex economic cases involving securities, corporate executive offenses, tax, all aspects of money laundering (including criminal and civil seizure of assets), civil service offenses, bribery (Including bribes to a foreign public servant), breach of trust, negligence, restrictive trade practices, etc.

Yitzhak Yaari, born in the Netherlands in 1965, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1994. He has an LLB degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Yitzhak worked for a decade in one of the leading firms in Israel in the field of litigation, following which he joined the firm of Resnick, Chen & Co., where he managed the Civil Litigation Department.

Adv. Prof. Yaniv Vaki, born in Israel, (1972), member of the Bar Association since 2002, holds a LLB and LLM (cum lude) from Tel Aviv University as well as a PhD in law from Bar-Ilan University.
Served for a decade as the head of the appeals department at the state attorney’s office.
Adv. Prof. Vaki specializes in criminal, administrative and public litigation, and he represents in white-collar crime cases, in complex economic crime cases, and in crime cases in the field of public figures’ chastity. Adv. Prof. Vaki represents senior elected officials before investigative committees, including state investigative committees.
Adv. Prof. Vaki is a senior law lecturer and the head of master’s degree programs in College of Management Academic Studies, an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Bar-Ilan University, and has published many leading articles and books in the field of criminal law dealing with, among others, evidence law, penal law and more.
Adv. Prof. Vaki serves as the head of the Israeli Institute for Applied Criminal Law, and editor of the Bar Association’s magazine “The Advocate”.
