Adv. Jack Chen

Jack Chen, born in France in 1966, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1994. He has an LLB degree from the University of Sheffield in England.  for many years,  Jackhas worked at the State Attorney’s office, where for years he was a senior deputy of the State Attorney, specializing in economic offenses. He handles criminal and administrative litigation and represents clients in investigations and hearings before the Attorney-General in white collar crime cases and complex economic cases involving securities, corporate executive offenses, tax, all aspects of money laundering (including criminal and civil seizure of assets), civil service offenses, bribery (Including bribes to a foreign public servant), breach of trust, negligence, restrictive trade practices, etc.

Adv. Yitzhak Yaari

Yitzhak Yaari, born in the Netherlands in 1965, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 1994. He has an LLB degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yitzhak worked for a decade in one of the leading firms in Israel in the field of litigation, following which he joined the firm of Resnick, Chen & Co., where he managed the Civil Litigation Department.

Adv. Yaari specializes in civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in class actions, arbitrations and litigation in a variety of civil law fields, including contracts, tenders, slander , companies and partnerships disputes, class actions, banking, etc.

Yitzhak coauthored, with Adv. Doron Tamir, the book ‘The Law of Bills of Exchange in the Caselaw of the Courts’ (Nevo Publishing), of which there have been three editions.

Adv. Prof. Yaniv Vaki

Adv. Prof. Yaniv Vaki, born in Israel, (1972), member of the Bar Association since 2002, holds a LLB and LLM (cum lude) from Tel Aviv University as well as a PhD in law from Bar-Ilan University.

Served for a decade as the head of the appeals department at the state attorney’s office.

Adv. Prof. Vaki specializes in criminal, administrative and public litigation, and he represents in white-collar crime cases, in complex economic crime cases, and in crime cases in the field of public figures’ chastity. Adv. Prof. Vaki represents senior elected officials before investigative committees, including state investigative committees.

Adv. Prof. Vaki is a senior law lecturer and the head of master’s degree programs in College of Management Academic Studies, an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Bar-Ilan University, and has published many leading articles and books in the field of criminal law dealing with, among others, evidence law, penal law and more.

Adv. Prof. Vaki serves as the head of the Israeli Institute for Applied Criminal Law, and editor of the Bar Association’s magazine “The Advocate”.

Adv. Shai Eilon

Adv. Shai Eilon, born in Israel in 1970, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2000. He has an LLB degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Shai worked and was an intern at the Criminal Matters Department at the State Attorney’s Office. After he qualified, he began to work at the firm of Resnick, Chen & Co. His fields are  criminal litigation, handling white-collar crimes (including the seizure of assets and money laundering), civil service offenses, health and safety offenses and civil litigation.

Adv. Noa Firer

Adv. Noa Firer, born in Israel in 1982, has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2010. She has an LLB degree cum laude and an LLM degree from Bar-Ilan University.

Adv. Firer interned in the Criminal Department at the State Attorney’s Office, and after qualifying, she worked in leading firms in the field of litigation (especially in criminal litigation cases).

Noa was a teaching assistant and research assistant at Bar-Ilan University. Adv. Firer specializes in white-collar crime cases, including seizures of assets and money laundering, and criminal litigation cases.

 

Adv. Snir Kalimi

Adv. Snir Kalimi, born in Israel in 1992, has an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2020. Before he qualified, he worked as a student in the Tel Aviv District Court and subsequently interned at the Southern District Attorney’s Office (Criminal Department).

Adv. Bar Vaknin

Adv. Bar Vakanin, born in Israel (1993), member of the Israel Bar Association since 2023. Has an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University, and LLM degree  rom Tel Aviv University ( cum laude). Bar was a research assistant at Tel Aviv University, and interned in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (criminal).

Adv. Dr. Dalit Flaiszhaker

Adv. Dr. Dalit Flaiszhaker has a first degree in law cum laude from the Law Faculty at Tel Aviv University and was twice on the dean’s honors list. Dr. Flaiszhaker was a member of the editorial board of the journals Tel Aviv University Law Review and Theoretical Inquiries in Law. When she completed her studies, Dr. Flaiszhaker interned in the Litigation Department of the firm of Herzog, Fox, Neeman & Co., and continued her work as an attorney in this field at additional law firms. Adv. Flaiszhaker represents clients in civil and commercial litigation cases.
